Builders Exchange Transforms Weekly Newsletter to Electronic Version!
Builders Exchange of Kentucky is excited to announce that we are transforming the paper-based
Weekly Newsletter into an electronic E-newsletter to provide our members with the most current,
relevant, and innovative resources possible. All the information you've come to expect and need
in our "classic" Weekly Newsletter will still be available to you with the click of your mouse by
accessing our Internet Planroom Information System (IPIN). That means faster, better and up-to-date information right at your fingertips!
Our members will benefit from the E-newsletter in the following ways:
- The E-newsletter can be shared throughout your firm providing access to all those in need
of the valuable content instead of just one copy per firm.
- Current industry trends encourage environmental conscientiousness and your association
is doing its part to be sensitive to protecting our natural resources.
- The contents of the Weekly Newsletter will still be available on our website should you
wish to reference or print a copy.
- The E-newsletter will provide important information to you about industry trends,
training opportunities, special events, technology tips, and much more.
- Most importantly, Builders Exchange of Kentucky continues to strive to offer state-of-the-art industry leadership to facilitate the success of all our members.
The Builders Exchange staff is dedicated to making this transformation seamless. The "classic"
Weekly Newsletter will still be published through the end of the year, and the E-newsletter will
become the sole publication beginning the first week of 2012. Should you have any questions or

In preparation for this transition, an IPIN user ID and password are required to access our latest
and most accurate construction project information exclusively for "members only" on our
website. If you don't have a user ID and password, please let us know.
Please advise us of the names, titles, and email addresses of each person in your firm who would
benefit from receiving the new E-newsletter. You may email the information to

BUILDERS EXCHANGE WELCOMES JOHN CARY!
The Builders Exchange of Kentucky Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. John M. Cary as the new incoming Executive Vice President for the organization.
He will be succeeding Mr. John Kelly, who after 40 years as the Executive Vice-President, will be retiring at the end of 2011.
Mr. Cary was selected from a number of highly qualified candidates who were interviewed by the Exchange Search Committee comprised of members of the Exchange Board. John comes from the Boy Scouts of America
where he worked for 12 years, recently as their Director of Development.
John is a life-long resident of Louisville, having graduated from the University of Louisville with degrees in BA & an MPA.
He is married to Mrs. Mary M. Cary and they have a one year old daughter, Makena Cary.
We encourage you to come by the Builders Exchange of Kentucky to meet and welcome John when you have the opportunity.
